Skype for Business
To us, Unified Communications is primarily based on the capabilities of Microsoft Skype for Business and Exchange Server Unified Messaging. Skype for Business delivers the core platform for our solutions, but to build a complete solution more components are usually needed (depending on your organizations needs). Inceptio has participated in the Skype for Business Elite training delivered by Microsoft and are therefore fully up-to-date on this product, even before its public release.
With the core platform we have packetized all of our deliveries so that evaluating the project economy is as simple as possible. We have divided Skype for Business implementation into distinct areas / packages –

- External implementation (customers, business partners)

Adding to this there are several packages that deliver Unified Messaging, Voice Quality Monitoring and much more. Delivering a complete solution for Enterprise Voice may also include one or more other vendors delivering headsets/devices, gateways to PSTN telephony, software based switchboard/call center solutions for reception and call centers.
As a company, we have worked intensively with Microsoft Exchange since the company was founded, and Exchange continues to be one of our primary areas of focus. We have worked on some of the largest Exchange installations in Denmark, as well as a number of international deployments. We have helped customers deploy Exchange, as well as helped migrate from a variety of messaging platforms to Exchange. Today, we work with a number of clients who use Exchange in complex and / or global deployments. In addition to ‘pure’ Exchange deployments, we have extensive experience with Office 365 as well as user provisioning and migration scenarios using Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager.
